Chloe leads the Digital Brands Practice in the Chicago Office of Ladas & Parry and has particular expertise with regard to the protection of intellectual property on the Internet. Chloe has successfully acquired numerous domain names on behalf of clients utilizing the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) under the Lanham Act, and anonymous purchase efforts. Chloe has also successfully enforced clients’ intellectual property rights within the online context using a variety of methods, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and trademark complaint procedures specific to third-party commercial entities.
